A leading logistics firm in Clichy, France is seeking a talented Program Manager to join the Ops Excellence team. This role is instrumental in evolving the EU External Fulfilment network, driving projects to enhance performance across 60 sites. With strong responsibilities in stakeholder management and a solid understanding of ecommerce operations, the ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach and 4+ years of experience in Shipping and Transportation. The position offers the opportunity to impact logistics processes significantly while supporting multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Shipping and Transportation in Logistics.
• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Stakeholder management with experience interacting with 20+ teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive projects to improve site performance or reach parity with Amazon 1P sites.
• Support launches through audits, configurations, and on-site support.
• Develop processes, SOPs, trainings to ensure compliance with best practices.
