Job summary

Sol de Janeiro is seeking a 3PL Manager for the EMEA region to ensure operational excellence across the warehouse network in the UK, France and Poland. You will be the primary operations contact for 3PLs and work closely with Customer Operations and Commercial teams.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations, UK/EU, you will drive efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement, while maintaining strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 3+ years in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3PL management across UK, France and Poland.
• Coordinate logistics, order delivery and compliance activities.
• Develop KPI dashboards and monitor performance with 3PL partners.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to requirements.
