You will manage channel development, engage with key accounts, and lead commercial negotiations to ensure structured execution. The role demands high mobility across Europe and strong executive-level communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive aftermarket sales, channel management, or key account management.
• Fluent in English; French, Spanish, or German is a strong advantage.
• High mobility across Europe to support multi-country markets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributor partners and automotive groups.
• Support distributors in planning, forecasting, and target breakdown.
• Own revenue growth targets across multiple European markets.
• Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance.
• Participate in negotiations and pricing alignment.
• Represent AUTEL at industry events and executive meetings.
