Job summary

Autel Europe is seeking an experienced Strategic Market Development Manager to strengthen its presence in France and across Europe. You will develop strategic partnerships, build relationships with automotive aftermarket ecosystems, and identify market opportunities in AI, ADAS, EV, diagnostics, and smart mobility.

You will engage with industry platforms, events, and associations while coordinating with sales, product, and marketing teams to translate insights into growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in market development, strategic partnerships, business development, industry relations, or external engagement.
• Strong knowledge of the European automotive aftermarket ecosystem and its players.
• Professional proficiency in English; French or other European languages are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development, strategic partnerships, external engagement, and thought leadership for Autel across Europe.
• Represent Autel Europe at industry events, trade shows, conferences, association meetings, and partner activities across Europe.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, industry associations, automotive aftermarket networks, and key ecosystem stakeholders.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and opportunities across the European automotive aftermarket.
• Support the development of new business areas in Europe, including AI, ADAS, EV, diagnostics, and smart mobility solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align market insights with business priorities.
