Job summary

BlaBlaCar is looking for a Business Manager to scale the Train business across Europe and bridge strategy with execution. You will build rail carrier partnerships, define product priorities with Product and Engineering, and drive new B2B revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business / Management / Finance from a business school or university.
• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, high-growth startups, or business development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Scale the Train Business Unit across Europe and grow distribution.
• Optimize profitability by monitoring sales performance and costs.
• Manage partnerships and negotiations with rail carriers and GDS providers.
• Define short- and long-term train roadmap priorities with Product and Engineering.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Customer Care for compliant operations.
• Explore new B2B revenue streams for the train vertical.
• Benchmark new supplies or verticals beyond trains.
• Own secondary European markets without a General Manager.
