Voodoo in Paris is seeking a highly motivated Talent Sourcer to fuel our Growth BU across gaming and consumer apps. You will identify, engage and nurture passive talent, building strong relationships with top profiles to support fast hiring across multiple roles.

You will leverage creative sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn, including communities, events, newsletters, and niche forums, while using AI tools to scale outreach and pipeline development.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a research-intensive role.
• Resourceful and creative: you think beyond LinkedIn and know how to find talent where others don't look
• Strong written communication skills - you craft outreach messages that people actually want to reply to
• Proficient with modern sourcing tools and AI and always looking for what's next
• Strategic thinker: you build and nurture pipelines proactively, not just reactively
• Data-driven and organized, with the ability to juggle volume and quality across multiple searches at once
• Collaborative and curious, with a genuine interest in understanding talent markets and staying ahead of trends

Aufgaben

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies tailored to each role, going far beyond LinkedIn Recruiter - think communities, newsletters, events, niche forums, conference speaker lists, and creative outreach
• Write sharp, personalized, and compelling outreach messages that spark genuine interest and reflect Voodoo's culture and ambitions
• Build and maintain active talent pools and pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a strong focus on nurturing long-term relationships
• Conduct in-depth market mapping to understand talent landscapes, track competitor moves, and identify where the best profiles are and how to reach them
• Balance volume and quality: manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for candidate relevance and experience
• Leverage AI tools and automation (e.g. Claude, ATS) to enhance sourcing efficiency, personalize outreach at scale, and track performance
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics and iterate on your sourcing strategy
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team culture and what makes a profile truly stand out - Conducting screening calls might also be a possibility
• Continuously benchmark sourcing practices and bring fresh, outside-the-box ideas to attract hard-to-reach talent
