Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Marseille, France, seeks a Lead Logistics Regional Business Development Expert to drive new business across Europe. You will identify, qualify, and convert complex supply chain opportunities into integrated, high-value solutions, aligning global and regional teams within OneCEVA.

You will lead multi-country tenders, develop pricing strategies, and manage a robust sales pipeline while building senior-level relationships and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
• 5–10 years in business development within logistics / international transportation.
• Experience in complex solution selling (4PL / 3PL / LLP / freight forwarding).
• Strong knowledge of transport modes (Air, Ocean, Road, Warehousing).
• Experience managing RFQs, tenders, and complex international sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel across Europe up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the CLL business development strategy across Europe.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic market segments.
• Lead complex sales cycles (RFI, RFQ, multi-country 4PL tenders).
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to build integrated supply chain solutions.
• Develop value propositions, pricing strategies, and business cases.
• Lead commercial negotiations through to contract signature.
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline with CEVA CRM tools.
• Ensure accurate reporting of opportunities, forecasts, and performance.
• Develop senior-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify upselling and scope extension opportunities with Account Management.
• Maintain market intelligence on 4PL trends and competition.
