Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Île-de-France is seeking a senior commercial professional for Finished Vehicle Logistics to develop an international commercial scope. You will drive value with new revenues, manage long-term relationships, and coordinate with global teams to build solutions across multiple markets.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building qualified pipelines, and delivering complex deals in a cross-border context within a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial profile with strong knowledge of the automotive ecosystem and/or logistics.
• Experience in used vehicles, remarketing, mobility or automotive distribution is advantageous.
• Ability to develop a commercial territory, hunt, and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to drive growth across multiple countries within a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a commercial conquest plan across priority markets.
• Identify high-potential accounts and map their ecosystem for access points.
• Open new opportunities with CEVA's underserved clients or underdeveloped relationships.
• Develop new domestic, cross-border and international flows.
• Translate automotive market developments into concrete opportunities.
• Collaborate with FVL Product, Solution Design and Operations on digitalisation and new distribution models.
• Lead opportunities end-to-end from qualification to contract finalisation.
• Coordinate with local and regional teams to develop international opportunities.
• Create repeatable commercial models across accounts and geographies.
