New Balance is seeking an HR Generalist to provide operational HR support focused on France and across multiple Southern European countries. You will act as a first point of contact for managers and associates, ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices across the territory.

Fluent in English and French, you will collaborate with the Territory HR Manager to handle employee relations, onboarding, data integrity in systems, and HR projects while supporting both corporate and retail

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Advisory/Generalist role in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); additional European languages a plus.
• Experience in multi-country and/or retail/matrix environments is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Act as first line advisory support for managers and associates on HR policy, procedures and day-to-day queries.
• Coach and support managers on employee relations matters (absence, disciplinary, grievances, maternity/paternity, flexible working requests).
• Ensure fair and compliant HR practices across countries in scope.
