Alliance is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to support environmental, regulatory, and water resources projects for utility clients. The role requires handling stormwater, permitting (404, NPDES), ESA Phase I, and field sampling, with responsibilities spanning proposal support, client interaction, and team mentoring.
The position involves managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and delivering client-ready results, with a travel expectation of about 25% to client sites.
The primary function of this position is to support our environmental, regulatory and water resources projects related to utility clients. Experience working on linear utility projects is required. Key disciplines will include stormwater management (development of construction SWPPPs, BMP assessment, overseeing stormwater inspections, etc.), Section 404 permitting, T&E evaluation, environmental sampling (multimedia). This position requires ability to manage projects and other staff and interact with clients to achieve project goals. Experience with routing new utility projects, Phase 1 ESAs and NPDES permitting .
Starting at $70,000/annually
BS Environmental Science, Biology, Geology, Ecology, or related fields
Experience: 6-13+ years
Some field work will be required
