- Lead drinking water and wastewater master plans, including wastewater and stormwater management
- Conduct diagnostic studies and develop capital works programs
- Conduct tariff studies
- Produce GIS mapping, including network plans, works plans, and flood-zone maps
- Conduct asset management studies for networks and infrastructure
- Provide owner’s engineering assistance for technical assignments related to the urban water cycle
- Plan the team’s workload
- Oversee project deliverables, progress tracking, and financial performance
- Contribute to tender responses and pre-sales activities
- Participate in client meetings and lead workshops and meetings
- Manage projects from contractual and accounting perspectives
- Contribute to drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater studies across the Greater West region
Requirements
- Degree or engineering qualification in civil engineering or water engineering (including ENGEES, ENSE3, ENSEEIHT, or ENSIP)
- At least 5 years of experience in water engineering
- Demonstrated expertise in urban water engineering
- Strong knowledge of public procurement and contracts
- Comfortable leading and coordinating teams
- Ability to resolve technical challenges
