Jobtailor seeks a civil/water engineer to join our water team in Rouen for field projects under the Agency Director. You will develop master plans for drinking water and wastewater systems, perform diagnostic studies, tariff analyses, and capital works planning, and create GIS maps and asset-management studies.

Responsibilities include providing owner’s engineering support for the urban water cycle and coordinating with the Arras agency to align regional projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil or water engineering is required.
• Experience in urban water engineering and public procurement.
• Ability to resolve technical challenges and lead teams.

Responsabilités

Description du poste

• Participate in all of the agency's field projects under the direction of the Agency Director
• Develop master plans for drinking water and wastewater services, including wastewater and stormwater management
• Conduct diagnostic studies
• Propose capital works programs
• Conduct tariff studies
• Produce GIS mapping, including network plans, works plans, and flood-prone area maps
• Conduct asset management studies of networks and infrastructure
• Provide owner's engineering support (AMO) for technical assignments related to the urban water cycle
• Work in regional coordination with the Arras agency

Requirements

• Degree from a civil engineering or water engineering school/program (including ENGEES, ENSE3, ENSEEIHT, or ENSIP)
• At least 2 years of experience in water engineering
• Expertise in urban water engineering
• Proficiency in public procurement and contracting
• Ability to resolve technical challenges
• Strong team facilitation skills
