• Strong team leadership and facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead drinking water and wastewater master plans, including wastewater and stormwater.
• Conduct diagnostic studies and propose capital improvement programs.
• Conduct tariff studies.
• Produce GIS maps, including network plans, construction plans, and flood-risk maps.
• Conduct asset management studies for networks and infrastructure.
• Provide technical assistance to project owners on assignments related to the urban water cycle.
• Plan the team’s workload.
• Oversee deliverables, project progress, and project financial management.
• Contribute to tender responses and pre-sales activities.
• Participate in business meetings and lead meetings.
• Regularly monitor projects with respect to contractual and accounting commitments.
• Contribute to all agency projects in the field under the supervision of the Deputy Agency Director
