Gorgias, a fast-growing ecommerce AI platform, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Expansions to manage a portfolio of about 120 enterprise accounts in Paris and beyond.

You will partner with Customer Success Managers to drive growth, retention, and cross-functional collaboration with CS, Product and Legal to deliver tailored solutions. Travel up to 3–4 weeks per year to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years managing and selling Enterprise SaaS accounts.
• GMV of $30M+ and portfolio exceeding $3M ARR.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong relationship building with C-level executives.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret trends and act on insights.

Responsabilités

• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue.
• Develop strategic account plans with CSMs.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to align goals.
• Collaborate with CS, Product and Legal for seamless experience.
• Document activities and risks in the CRM for data-driven strategies.
• Conduct in-person client meetings up to 3–4 weeks per year.
