Job summary

Pelico in Paris is seeking a hands-on Marketing Event Lead to own our end-to-end event growth engine. You will manage a multi-format event portfolio, from strategy to delivery, with a focus on turning events into qualified pipeline and customer engagement.

You'll partner with Sales and BDRs, define target accounts and meeting goals, manage budgets, and ensure reliable lead capture and HubSpot tracking. Travel up to 3 trips per quarter is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning a multi-format B2B SaaS/tech event portfolio end-to-end.
• Commercial mindset with goal-driven event selection and trade-offs.
• Strong budget and ROI discipline with measurable results.
• Experience aligning Sales and BDR teams on event goals and follow-up.
• Experience co-building events with partners (formats, costs, audience).
• Solid CRM habits and data-driven reporting, preferably HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Own Pelico's event growth engine end-to-end and define the portfolio.
• Decide which events to run, which to stop, and how formats should scale next year.
• Lead delivery, timelines, ownership, and vendor plans while keeping spend in check.
• Ensure Sales ownership, pre-booked meetings, and named follow-up for every event.
• Make results visible with reliable lead capture and HubSpot tracking from first contact to opportunity.
• Turn events into content through speaker/customer interviews and post-event coverage.
• Travel up to 3 trips per quarter, including on-site setup days.
