Job summary

Riot Security in Paris is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of ~120 Mid-Market clients. You will drive retention and expansion, advise on best product usage, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to enhance the client experience.

Fluency in English and native French are required, with a proactive, autonomous approach and a willingness to relocate if needed. You will be based in Paris or able to work in a hybrid setup, with on-site presence and up to 2 remote days

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the tech industry.
• Professional fluency in English and native French communication skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of a portfolio of Mid-Market customers (~120), focusing on retention and expansion.
• Proactively identify risks and prevent churn while ensuring ongoing value extraction from the product.
• Drive expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell, based on customer needs.
• Advise customers on optimal product usage to unlock additional value as needs evolve.
• Lead onboarding calls and follow-ups with stakeholders, maintaining outcome-driven follow-up.
• Position yourself as a trusted cybersecurity partner with solid product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to support expansion motions and improve CX.
• Capture and share customer feedback and expansion signals to inform product and process improvements.
