Riot, based in Paris, is seeking a Customer Success professional to manage a mid‑market portfolio and maximize value across retention and expansion. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure customers gain ongoing value from our platform and defenses.

Fluency in English and French, strong communication, and a proactive, autonomous mindset are essential. On-site in Paris with up to 2 remote days per month is offered.

• You’re comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio.

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in tech.
• Full professional English and native French proficiency.

Mansioni

• Own the success of a portfolio of ~120 Mid‑Market customers, balancing retention and expansion.
• Drive retention at scale by reducing churn and ensuring ongoing value from our product.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) within your portfolio.
• Advise customers on best product usage to unlock further value.
• Lead onboarding calls, follow-ups, and business check-ins with a pragmatic, outcome‑driven approach.
• Position yourself as a trusted cybersecurity partner, aligning product knowledge with customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to support expansion motions and improve customer experience.
• Collect and share customer feedback and expansion signals to influence product and processes.
