H Company, an AI research and product company building autonomous agents, seeks a senior speaker partnerships lead based in Paris. You will own the speaking programme end to end, pitch our leaders to top conferences, and manage relationships with organisers, bureaus and media partners across France, the UK, the US and Europe.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence in Paris three days a week. You will coordinate budgets, collaboration with Marketing and Sales, and ensure executives are

Competenze

• Native-level English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong relationship-building skills and comfort dealing with senior executives, organisers and agencies.
• Highly organised, with attention to detail and reliable follow-through.

Mansioni

• Run H’s speaking programme, starting with managing inbound invitations and distributing them across leaders.
• Pitch H speakers to conferences and maintain calendars for leaders.
• Assess events against criteria and provide leadership with clear recommendations.
• Build and manage relationships with conference organisers, speaker bureaus, trade associations and media partners across multiple regions.
• Negotiate and manage event and trade partnerships with Marketing and Sales on budget and ROI.
• Prepare speakers with bios, talking points, briefing notes, and logistics.
