Job summary

Omnea is seeking an AI Solutions Lead to drive end-to-end deployment of our AI-native procurement platform for Europe’s enterprise customers. You’ll lead discovery, design target workflows, and oversee 3–5 deployments concurrently, balancing automation with human judgment.

You’ll advise customers on configuration, coordinate AI-assisted build work, and manage stakeholder politics to deliver time-to-launch, CSAT, and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in a fast-paced, high-bar environment.
• Able to direct AI tools to produce first-draft work and judge outputs.
• Strong client-facing experience or leadership with clients.
• Proven track record of excellence in work, studies, or projects.
• Comfort reasoning about data models, keys, and integrations.
• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder politics.
• Experience coordinating 3-5 enterprise deployments concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership.
• Excellent planner and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with procurement, finance, legal, and IT stakeholders.
• Design target workflows: approvals, routing, integrations, edge cases.
• Own deployment sequencing across multiple integrations and determine source of truth.
• Define success criteria and go-live path with project sponsor.
• Configure AI agents and ensure outputs align with customer requirements.
• Validate AI outputs against customer processes, policies, and edge cases.
• Project-manage deployments: timelines, blockers, stakeholder alignment.
• Track adoption post go-live and adapt configuration as processes evolve.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to refine future builds.
