Job summary

Mistral AI is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive adoption and deployment of its AI solutions across enterprise customers. You will work with senior executives to design roadmaps, collaborate with the Applied AI team to deliver production solutions, and ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales.

You will partner with R&D and engineering leaders to integrate AI across industrial workflows, navigating ITAR/EAR/export controls and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role.
• Deep understanding of computational mechanics, FEM/CFD/DEM.
• Familiarity with industry tools: Ansys, COMSOL, OpenFOAM, SimScale, or similar.
• Degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Solid foundations in AI/ML/Data Science.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications.
• Strong business acumen and structured problem solving.
• Executive presence and strong communication with VP/C-level stakeholders.
• Resilient, results-driven, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers and define value paths.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions integrated into client workflows.
• Partner with Applied AI to prototype and deploy production solutions.
• Own pilots and proofs-of-value to enable full-scale deployments.
• Monitor KPIs with executive sponsors and identify expansion opportunities.
