Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive adoption and deployment of AI solutions across industrial enterprises. You will partner with senior executives to design roadmaps, deliver production solutions, and ensure smooth transitions from pre‑ to post‑sales, aligning on value realization.

You will lead strategic discovery, design end‑to‑end AI architectures, and own pilots to scale deployments while navigating security and compliance. Travel 30–60% to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-facing strategic/technical roles.
• Deep understanding of computational mechanics or multi-physics simulation.
• Familiarity with industry tools (Ansys, COMSOL, OpenFOAM, SimScale).
• Strong business acumen and ability to quantify ROI.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications.
• Executive presence and ability to engage VP/C-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 30–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive‑level workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Architect end‑to‑end AI solutions integrated into customer workflows and infrastructure.
• Own pilots and proofs‑of‑value to scale deployments.
• Monitor KPI outcomes with executive sponsors and ensure value realization.
• Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams to influence roadmaps.
