Omnea is seeking an exceptional Solutions Associate for our customer team in New York, with a fast-scaling enterprise SaaS mindset. You will support product configuration, data prep and implementation, mentored to take on broader customer-facing responsibilities within 12–24 months.

The role offers a trajectory into trusted consulting, account leadership or technical solutions as you grow with the team. You’ll join a high-caliber group backed by top-tier investors, working on deploying the Omnea

Qualifications

• TL;DR: you’re ambitious & hard-working, and you’re as comfortable handling ‘nitty gritty’ product config as you are communicating to more senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support S&I Leads with product configuration, data preparation and implementation in the first 12 months.
• Assist in deploying the Omnea platform and integrations to deliver value for customers.
• Learn from S&I Leads and move toward full-stack Customer Solutions & Implementation roles within 12–24 months.
• May pursue pathway into Customer Account Lead, Technical Solutions, or Sales Engineering roles in the customer team.
