Job summary

Omnea in Paris is seeking a Customer Partner, Special Projects to run cross-functional initiatives from acquisitions to exec hiring, directly with the CEO and leadership team. You’ll own end-to-end projects, scope ideas quickly, and drive initiatives that unlock revenue and scale.

You’ll build partnerships, lead critical hiring, and steer strategic GTM bets with cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and Marketing. This role is a rare chance to shape a category-defining AI-driven business.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience spanning BizOps, BD/revenue generation, or GM-style leadership.
• Capable of turning strategy into action with minimal direction.
