Job summary

Gorgias is seeking an AI Deployment Manager to own the onboarding process end-to-end for your book of business—from sales handover through configuration, training, and activation. As the first point of contact, this role is instrumental in managing all aspects of customer relations post‑sales stage.

You will actively contribute to our mission of providing a white‑glove onboarding experience, showcasing the value of our flagship products, Helpdesk and AI Agent.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in SaaS post-sales roles delivering complex implementations.
• Experience with ecommerce and managing 25-30 accounts.
• Strong communication with CEO/CFO audiences and ability to translate data into business impact.
• Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and implementation sessions tailoring adoption of Helpdesk and AI Agent.
• Develop customer-specific solutions and roadmaps for AI Agent adoption.
• Drive activation ratios and time-to-value with white-glove onboarding.
• Build trust by showcasing product value and business impact to executives.
• Act as primary liaison between customers and internal teams during onboarding.
• Manage integrations with customers’ ecommerce tech stacks and troubleshoot.
