Gorgias is seeking an AI Deployment Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding and post‑sales success for a book of ecommerce customers. You’ll guide discovery, configuration, training, and activation of Helpdesk and AI Agent, ensuring rapid value and strong adoption.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in SaaS post‑sales, with consultancy, project management, and hands‑on experience with ecommerce tech stacks (Shopify a plus). A collaborative, client‑facing mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in SaaS post-sales roles delivering complex implementations.
• Experience in ecommerce onboarding and activation.
• Strong consultancy and project management skills.
• Ability to manage 25–30 accounts autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and implementation sessions for your book of business.
• Build customized solutions using a consultative approach.
• Design AI Agent adoption roadmaps and automate rollout.
• Drive activation and reduce time to value with white-glove service.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Manage integrations with ecommerce tech stack and troubleshoot.
• Drive project timelines with milestones and schedules.
• Translate data into business impact narratives for executives.
• Document interactions and share learnings with the team.
• Coach junior colleagues on best practices.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery and design.
