Prelude is seeking a hands-on, autonomous technical recruiter freelancer to own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Product teams. You’ll partner directly with founders and hiring managers to shape strategy, drive sourcing, and deliver a great candidate experience.

You’ll build a strong pipeline, refine interview processes, and advise on compensation benchmarks while supporting other roles as needed. Based in Paris with a preference for in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience as a recruiter for tech and product roles.
• Experience recruiting for SaaS or tech startups, fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and market insights to define hiring strategy.

Responsabilités

• Full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles from sourcing to closing.
• Define needs with hiring managers and develop structured interview processes with scorecards.
• Advise on compensation benchmarking and hiring strategy.
