Photoroom is seeking a freelance Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across the business from Paris. You’ll build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and run searches across GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering.

Expect 4-5 days a week on-site with a 3-day Paris office presence and potential renewal at year-end. You’ll use Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Claude to source talent, create a candidate-centric process, and help shape a fast, AI-enabled hiring function within our growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, in-house, embedded, or agency-side, with a proven range across different functions.
• Ability to quickly learn new functions and hire without step-by-step teaching.
• Strong track record in proactive sourcing and building pipelines.
• Excellent communicator and proven closer with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on with tools and automation; experience building ATS workflows or AI-assisted processes.
• Based in or around Paris with readiness for regular on-site collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment across the business, from kickoff and sourcing to screening and offer.
• Run searches across GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering, typically handling 5–7 live roles.
• Source actively and balance outreach with inbound applications and referrals to build a diverse pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scopes and guide selections and offers.
• Improve processes by leveraging data, pipelines, and automation; embrace AI-native work.
