LumApps is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Learning team within a global organization of 180+ engineers. You will co-own the technical and product vision for Learning, drive platform security and scalability, and guide AI tooling development.

This role focuses on consolidation, replatforming, and delivering value across the product. You will mentor engineers, translate product strategy into a technical roadmap, and ensure high-quality delivery while collaborating closely with Product

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven leadership as Engineering Manager or similar.
• Experience delivering SaaS web platforms and mobile apps.
• Strong collaboration with product and experience teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of engineers.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, and observability.
• Guide technical decisions and maintain hands-on involvement.
• Drive AI tooling and agent development.
• Complete Learning integration and replatforming for LumApps.
• Support product maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
