LumApps is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Work & Automation Tribe, driving adoption of Workplace Resources across hybrid and on-site environments. You will own roadmaps, translate user needs into scalable solutions, and partner with engineering, design, marketing and customer success to unlock revenue and long-term adoption.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS product management, strong cross-functional collaboration, and experience with platform products or AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of shipping end-to-end features from discovery to adoption.
• Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to use data and customer insights to drive decisions.
• Fluency in AI/LLM-powered features and applying AI to product experiences.
• Experience with platform products or integrations.
• Strong strategic thinking and pragmatic execution.
• Clear communication in English (business level).
