Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, is hiring a Learning Operations Manager in Paris to scale customer, partner, and certification education. You will own the operational foundation that enables customers and partners to learn, certify, and grow their expertise on Pigment.

As primary administrator for the LMS and related tools, you will design scalable workflows, automate processes, and collaborate with Professional Services, Partner Enablement, and Customer Success to drive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in learning operations, education programs, certification management, enablement operations, or related fields.
• Experience administering LMS platforms such as Docebo, Skilljar, Cornerstone, LearnUpon, or similar solutions.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and operational workflows.
• Experience supporting customer education, partner education, enablement, certification, or talent development initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to improve adoption, engagement, and program outcomes.
• Comfortable balancing strategic program goals with operational execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across Customer Education, Enablement, Customer Success, Product, and People teams.
• Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment preferred.
• French and English fluent.

Responsabilités

• Own Learning Operations and Program Delivery: Manage the operational execution of customer and partner education programs at scale; design and continuously improve workflows to increase efficiency; identify opportunities to automate learner communications, registrations, reminders, certifications, and reporting through AI-enabled workflows.
• Drive Certification and Ecosystem Growth: Support certification programs across customers and partners; help develop pathways from foundational to advanced expertise; drive awareness, participation, and completion rates; support train-the-trainer initiatives.
• Own Learning Technology and Systems: Serve as primary administrator for the LMS and supporting learning technologies; design scalable learning operations; build automations to reduce manual administration; integrate learning systems with business processes.
• Measure, Analyze, and Improve: Use AI-powered analytics to identify trends in learner behavior and program effectiveness; develop dashboards for stakeholders; leverage data to improve learner journeys and outcomes.
• AI and Automation Mindset: Demonstrated experience leveraging AI or workflow automation to improve efficiency; stay curious about emerging AI tech and apply to learning operations.
