LumApps is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to shape the AI Agents tribe and own architectural decisions across the stack. You will drive platform reliability, security, and scalable design while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product teams to deliver AI-powered experiences.

You will work primarily on backend services in Python and MCP gateway, while contributing to React/TypeScript surfaces. Hybrid work model with collaboration across offices worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong expertise in TypeScript and React (frontend).
• Experience with backend services, API design, and scalable architectures is a plus.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills; ability to mentor others.
• Familiarity with agent interoperability protocols (MCP, A2A) and streaming/real-time patterns.
• Commitment to security, reliability, and maintainable code.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the technical vision for the AI Agents tribe across the stack.
• Plan and deliver cross-team projects with reliable estimates and accountability.
• Lead testing, performance, observability, and security standards across the stack.
• Mentor frontend engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI researchers to deliver robust AI-powered experiences.
