LumApps is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the AI Agents Platform Team in Île-de-France. You will design and ship scalable frontend and backend systems powering AI‑driven experiences across the platform.

You will mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, and drive high standards for testing, security, and observability while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver real impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React (v17+).
• Experience with AI-agent interoperable protocols (MCP, A2A, AG-UI, SSE/WebSockets).
• Experience with LLM providers on Vertex AI and agentic frameworks.
• Ability to design end-to-end scalable, secure systems.
• Fluent English and strong technical communication.
• Experience mentoring peers and fostering psychological safety.
• Advocate for security and reliability in service design.

Responsabilités

• Technical leadership and vision across the AI Agents tribe; define major system designs.
• Mentor engineers, grow talent, delegate responsibilities, share knowledge.
• Plan and execute cross-team projects translating roadmap goals into concrete strategies.
• Lead by example on quality, testing, observability, performance, and security.
• Champion security and reliability; design services with authentication and tenant isolation.
