Tata Consultancy Services France is seeking a Global Engagement Manager to lead strategic client relationships and oversee delivery of complex, multi-region programs in IT infrastructure, cloud transformation. You will bridge client vision and delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies, ensure SLA compliance, and drive financial performance.

Fluency in English is required; French is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT program management experience with infrastructure and client engagement.
• Experience managing large-scale international 24x7 operations with high availability.
• Strong cloud knowledge across public/private/hybrid environments.
• Certified in Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and PRINCE2; PMP or ITIL is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage.

• Ensure 24x7 operational readiness and SLA compliance for infra-heavy engagements, including incident and change management.
• Drive financial performance: revenue forecasting, cost control, invoicing, and deviation management.
• Lead executive-level client communications, manage expectations, and resolve escalations.
• Ensure quality assurance and program integrity, aligning with technical standards and business goals.
• Oversee multi-site, multi-shore delivery models, ensuring seamless coordination and performance.
• Support business development by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

A Global Engagement Manager, you will lead strategic client relationships and oversee the successful delivery of complex, multi-region programs—particularly in the areas of IT infrastructure, cloud transformation, and digital services. You will act as the bridge between client vision and delivery execution, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and long-term value creation.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies, ensuring consistency in delivery, governance, and communication.

• Ensure 24x7 operational readiness and SLA compliance for infrastructure-heavy engagements, including incident and change management.

Your Profile:

• 15+ years of experience in IT program management, with a strong focus on infrastructure and client engagement.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, international, 24x7 operations with high availability requirements (99.99% SLA).
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies (public, private, hybrid) and infrastructure services.
• Certified in Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and PRINCE2; PMP or ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong advantage.
