Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Manager, Energy Market Development to lead utility engagement and power access for rapid U.S. expansion. You will coordinate with data center operations, negotiate ESAs, and align with legal and sustainability teams to deliver reliable power delivery for multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with energy infrastructure and regulatory environments, and can translate complex power concepts into actionable plans for leadership and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in utilities, energy infrastructure, grid operations, or large-scale power customers.
• Working knowledge of utility service, transmission, distribution, and interconnection processes.
• Experience interacting with utilities in professional or commercial capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple utility engagements.
• Experience supporting data centers or energy-intensive infrastructure.
• Familiarity with U.S. tariff structures and regulatory environments.
• Experience across multiple utility territories or market types.
• Ability to translate technical utility concepts for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute U.S. utility engagement strategy.
• Coordinate power access, interconnection, and procurement efforts.
• Track timelines, requirements, risks; liaise with data center operations and legal teams.
• Negotiate Electric Service Agreements (ESAs) and standardize ESA structures across markets.
• Prepare leadership updates on power risks and progress; communicate clearly with utilities.
