Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB seeks a Renewable Senior Project Developer to own the full lifecycle of utility-scale renewable energy projects, from site identification through pre-construction handover. You will shape development strategy, mentor teammates, and act as a senior external representative for the organization.

You will lead cross-functional work streams with engineering, environmental, legal, and finance teams; drive schedules and budgets; and represent the company at public hearings,

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of renewable energy project development experience.
• Proven ability to close projects from greenfield through pre-construction.
• Experience across site control, permitting, interconnection, and pre-construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead site identification and feasibility assessments for utility-scale projects; integrate resource, environmental, grid, and economic analyses.
• Own and manage permitting across local, state, and federal jurisdictions; maintain senior relationships with agencies.
• Lead negotiations with landowners, utilities, municipalities, and regulators; structure and close site control agreements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and executive-level reporting.
• Lead financial modeling, funding strategy, and structuring of PPAs and interconnection agreements.
• Serve as cross-functional liaison across engineering, environmental, legal, and finance teams.
