Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Division Manager, Energy for the Sales Company France and Northwest Africa. The role reports to the Managing Director and carries full accountability for the division's profitable growth, performance and strategic direction.

You will lead a team of managers (about 20 people), define the division’s business and go-to-market plans, and drive growth across developing markets in Northwest Africa. Frequent travel and stakeholder alignment are key.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading large commercial organizations and driving growth.
• Experience managing managers and developing leadership teams.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
• Fluency in English and French required.
• Experience in B2B industrial, process or capital-equipment sectors.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the division strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Develop the division's business and marketing plans and growth roadmap.
• Drive sustainable revenue, market share expansion, and profitability.
• Identify new opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
