Responsibilities

• Define and execute division strategy aligned with company and global objectives.
• Develop the division's business plan, marketing plan, and growth roadmap.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
• Own sales forecasts, budgets, resource allocation and overall business performance.
