Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is seeking a highly experienced Division Manager, Energy, to lead the France and Northwest Africa sales organization. You will be accountable for profitable growth, shape strategic direction, and oversee a team of managers across equipment, process and services.

Frequent international travel will be required to expand markets and strengthen customer relations. You will translate market insights into actionable plans, drive the division’s business and marketing

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Division strategy in alignment with company and global objectives.
• Develop the division's business plan, marketing plan, and growth roadmap.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
• Own sales forecasts, budgets, resource allocation and overall business performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
