Rockwell Automation is seeking an Account Manager OEM to drive commercial growth with heavy OEM manufacturers across France, focusing on metallurgy, energy, decarbonization, oil & gas, and more. You will report to the Sales Manager OEM and operate on a hybrid schedule from multiple French offices.

The role combines new business development, major account management, and identifying opportunities in a highly technical environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience selling technical solutions or industrial equipment.
• Engineering degree or Master in business with technical affinity.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Experience with complex OEM sales cycles and major account negotiations.
• Sector knowledge: metallurgy, energy, oil and gas, renewables, water treatment.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Heavy OEM segment.
• Identify, prospect and convert high potential key accounts.
• Analyze market trends to anticipate OEM needs.
• Prepare high value proposals including technological aspects and ROI.
• Monitor commercial performance (pipeline, forecasts, margins).
• Deliver structured reporting to the sales leadership.
