Job summary

Datadog is looking for a Director, Technical Account Management for the EMEA region to join our Technical Post Sales Team. In this senior leadership role, you will scale a team from 25–30 to 50–70+, overseeing technical post-sales strategies and establishing client relationships at the executive level.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in leading teams, technical fluency in cloud platforms, and a proven track record of driving services revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading Professional Services, TAM, or Sales Engineering teams with a track record of scaling to 50+ headcount.
• Demonstrated experience managing managers and developing leadership depth.
• Technically fluent in infrastructure and cloud platforms, with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Scale the EMEA TAM organization and hire first-line leaders.
• Lead a team ensuring customer success and high standards in technical delivery.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic EMEA accounts, enhancing relationships.
