Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Director of Technical Account Management for the EMEA region to lead a 25–30 person TAM team and drive growth toward 50–70+ in the next two to three years. You will build leadership, establish scalable processes, and own the regional vision for post‑sales success.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on development of managers and senior ICs, maintaining strong executive relationships and expanding services revenue across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of Professional Services, TAM, or sales engineering teams.
• Experience scaling teams from under 25 to 50+ headcount.
• Commercial experience selling/co-selling services and growing services revenue.

Responsibilities

• Scale the EMEA TAM org from 25–30 to 50–70+; hire first‑line leaders and build scalable structures.
• Lead managers and senior TAM ICs to ensure customer success, retention and expansion.
• Own commercial strategy for TPS program; partner with Sales to position and sell TAM services.
