Datadog, Inc. is seeking a Director, Technical Account Management (TAM) for the EMEA region to lead a 25–30 person team and scale to 50–70+. You will own the strategy, growth, and execution of a high-impact TPS team, fostering leadership and scalable processes across the region.

You will partner across Sales, Product, and Enablement to standardize the TAM offering, drive customer value at scale, and build a leadership pipeline for continued growth in EMEA.

Formación

• 10+ years leading Professional Services, TAM, or Sales Engineering teams.
• Experience building scalable post‑sales infrastructure and leadership development.
• Proven track record driving services revenue and executive engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Scale TAM org from current to target headcount with scalable processes.
• Lead managers and senior ICs to ensure customer success and retention at high delivery standards.
• Own commercial strategy for TPS, partnering with Sales to price and position services.
