Mistral is seeking a Talent Acquisition Contractor to lead end-to-end recruiting across a range of functions for our EMEA teams. You will partner with hiring managers, craft sourcing strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while operating in a distributed, fast-paced environment.

You will own searches independently in outbound markets, collaborate with stakeholders, and use modern tools to attract top talent across technical and non-technical roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Proven track record recruiting across technical and non‑technical roles.
• Experience working with distributed teams and international hiring.

Responsabilités

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting processes for diverse roles.
• Design and execute search strategies across business and tech teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategies.
• Source, engage, and attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Leverage data to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
• Refine documentation, tools, and talent intelligence.
• Guide candidates through the process to enable successful closures.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruiting workflows.
