Qualifications

• 6+ years of tech recruiting experience across engineering, data and product.
• Experience hiring across seniorities and functions.
• Strong outbound sourcing capabilities.
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms.
• Experience in international recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build our EMEA recruiting strategy from the ground up with processes and playbooks.
• Raise talent quality and density and coach hiring managers.
• Partner with People leadership on a data-driven talent strategy.
