• You have 6+ years of tech recruiting experience.
• You have recruitment experience across engineering, data, and product.
• You are comfortable as a generalist hiring across functions.
• You are skilled at outbound sourcing and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shape the talent strategy for EMEA and build scalable recruiting processes.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for tech roles and advise hiring managers.
• Embed AI in sourcing, build talent pipelines, and raise quality of hire.
• Partner with People leadership on data-driven workforce planning.
