Genetec Inc. is seeking a technically skilled EMEA Support Engineer (T2) to handle escalated cases, diagnose complex issues, and collaborate with R&D and other teams across 15+ countries.

The role requires strong English and French communication, solid troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Based in France, Paris region, this position offers a hybrid work setup with occasional on-site visits to customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify and take ownership of escalated cases (tech/strategic/high-profile).
• Diagnose and solve complex issues and service outages via remote assistance and tools.
• Collaborate with T2 and engineers; share knowledge and provide coaching.
• Assist with creation of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to evolution of software and Support processes.
• Maintain open communication with customers and perform root-cause analysis.
• Assist R&D to resolve issues.
