Job summary

Snowflake in Paris, France is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Manager, Field Marketing EMEA South & META on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You’ll lead seven marketers across Spain, Italy, Israel, and the UAE, driving demand, pipeline impact and customer engagement to accelerate Snowflake’s regional growth.

You’ll partner with RVPs and Sales, oversee regional events (World Tour, Data for Breakfast) and ensure tight alignment with PMM, Growth, and Partner Marketing to maximize ROI

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or regional marketing enterprise technology or SaaS.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience, with teams across multiple countries.
• Strong executive presence with senior sales leadership relationships & influencing planning.
• Highly collaborative, able to align multiple marketing functions in a fast-growth environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and ROI analysis.
• Comfortable joining an established team mid-flight and delivering impact in a fixed-term engagement.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic, Spanish, Italian or Hebrew a plus.
• Willing to travel across the region.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional field marketing strategy for South EMEA & META across Spain, Italy, Israel and the UAE.
• Lead and develop a team of seven, setting objectives and maintaining cadence.
• Align with Sales leadership; co-develop quarterly go-to-market plans and budget allocations.
• Oversee events portfolio including regional field events and Snowflake-led programmes.
• Drive measurable pipeline impact by coordinating with Sales, SDR, Partner, and ABM teams.
• Manage budget, forecasting, spend tracking and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMM, Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, Strategic Events, Brand and Content.
• Champion regional market insight in EMEA-wide planning discussions.
