Jobtailor in Paris seeks a senior field marketing leader to craft and drive the EMEA field marketing strategy, partnering with sales to accelerate pipeline and revenue. You will own regional campaigns, executive engagement, and ABM initiatives, coordinating with Growth Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.

The role requires a track record of 10+ years in B2B marketing and 5+ years leading field/partner marketing teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years leading field, customer, and/or partner marketing teams.
• Proven success partnering with regional sales leaders and building programs that drive revenue.
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, ideally with a mix of enterprise and mid-market go-to-markets.
• Deep understanding of account-based marketing, executive engagement, and multi-channel field programs.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the EMEA field marketing strategy aligned with sales goals and territory needs.
• Develop and execute regional campaigns including in-person and virtual events, executive programs, and account-based initiatives, in close collaboration with the Growth Marketing team.
• Align tightly with EMEA sales leadership to prioritize target accounts, territories, and pipeline acceleration strategies.
• Drive customer advocacy and expansion through targeted programs, testimonials, case studies, and references.
• Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing to support onboarding, retention, and upsell initiatives.
• Work closely with partner marketing to define and execute the strategy for EMEA, in collaboration with the Strategic Partner team.
• Create joint campaigns and programs with key partners (e.g., cloud providers, resellers, SI/channel).
• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
• Partner with Brand, Content, and Growth Marketing leaders.
• Bring strong planning, pipeline forecasting, and budget discipline to ensure team efficiency and ROI.
