Job summary

At Atlassian, we seek a Senior Manager to lead the Solutions Engineering team across EMEA Strategic segments. You will shape strategy, mentor a growing team, and partner with direct and channel sales to drive high-value opportunities.

Fluent in French and English, you will engage executive stakeholders, oversee technical enablement, and align resources across regions to accelerate cloud deployments and AI-driven use cases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales engineering leadership in a global tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading diverse teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling customer proposals.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Background in solutions selling to Software Development or IT c-suite/SVPs.
• Experience managing distributed remote teams is a plus.
• Growth mindset and mentoring capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing Solutions Engineering team across EMEA.
• Define and execute SE strategy aligned to the Strategic segment.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing to shape GTM and enablement.
• Drive AI-enabled demos and value engineering for customers.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and align resources across regions.
