Qualifications

Proven experience in sales engineering with 4+ years covering large strategic accounts.
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders across multiple levels, including executives.
Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Outstanding communication across oral, written and presentation formats.
Curious, solutions-focused and tech-empowering.
Bachelor's in Engineering/CS or related; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
Willing and able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough customer discovery to assess challenges, goals and requirements for cross-product opportunities.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing objections and business needs.
Develop proof-of-concept environments and lead interactive workshops.
Stay updated on Atlassian roadmap, pursue certifications and refine pre-sales knowledge.
Collaborate with account managers and product stakeholders to drive transformation deals.
Build understanding of competitors to articulate Atlassian differentiators.
Experiment with innovative pre-sales approaches to boost engagement.
Be fluent in French and English.
